A new chapter for Disa

March 22, 2021

Hello!

We have been quiet for some time but we want to reassure you that we are still here and very much committed to Disa. Thank you for your patience during this time. Despite our time away from updates we have always been listening.

Much has changed in the last year - in the wider world - and especially in the messaging landscape. Many people are working from home and we’ve all had to explore new means of communication with friends and family. We’ve been hard at work to grow the company for the next steps toward Disa’s future. In the coming weeks and months we will share lots of exciting things about our accomplishments on this journey.

There has been an unprecedented amount of adoption, traction and engagement from our users which has far exceeded our original goals for the project. During this Proof of Concept (PoC) beta phase we have learned a lot. This knowledge was vital in the creation of our foundational building blocks. We are working on an execution plan for a fully featured product release and scaling accordingly. The stage is set to take Disa to the next level.

Now we turn to you - our users. In the past we have relied on feedback from our communities. We do not intend to change this. Disa will always be built with the needs of its users in mind. Many of you are no doubt excited and anxious to hear more about Disa’s future.

We would like to invite you to join us in a committed group - an inner circle - called “Disa 1.0”. This group will be involved in the process as we develop our roadmap. Members of our team will be actively engaging with the group as they work closely with us to perfect the product going forward. We will start this process by sharing a short survey and we’d love for you to share your thoughts with us there.

We will share more news soon. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
